About NeuPlay

NeuPlay is a free collection of physics games, interactive simulations and short explanations that run in any web browser, on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install.

Why it exists

Many of the most exciting ideas in physics, such as interference, curved spacetime, time dilation, cosmic-ray showers and neutrino oscillations, are hard to picture from equations alone. NeuPlay lets you change the parameters yourself and watch what happens, so the ideas become something you can explore rather than just memorise.

Who it's for

Students under 15 can start with the games and simple explanations; students aged 15–20 will find material matched to Class 11 and 12 (NCERT) physics; and university students, teachers and curious adults can go deeper with the advanced notes. Choose your age group at the top of any page.

Accuracy

Every simulation uses the real equations of physics. Where a full calculation would be too complex for a browser, the page says clearly that it uses a simplified or illustrative model, and what the approximation is.

Who makes it

NeuPlay is created and maintained by Ashish Narayan.
